Speed up your Chromebook

As our chromebook ages it seems to get slower, and you may think you need all the tabs on your chrome browser right? Well if you wanted to see how much RAM is used by websites and tabs just by pressing SHIFT and esc at the same time it shows how much your tabs may be eating up of the RAM, you can click on the tab in the pop up window and “end process”. This will help speed up the chromebook a little bit more. You can tell how much RAM is used by looking at the memory column.

Another way to speed up your chromebook is to disable your extensions by going to [chrome://extensions/]. From there you can disable or enable the extensions you may not use or you want to use. These tips can significantly speed up your chromebook, and even a restart every now and then can refresh your computer. Hope this helps and speeds up your chromebook!
